Disconnect, connect, reconnect.
Dis-connect from bad vibes & negativity.
Connect to new ideas, new people, & new growth.
Re-connect to myself, my loves, my kith & kin, my passions, and my community.
My words/concept for 2020 have been recruited for 2023.
Dis-connect from what no longer serves.
Connect to ideas & people that promote growth.
Re-connect to myself, my loves, my kith & kin, my passions, my community, my heart.
I am now two months late creating a daily post; I hope to be more productive.
So here goes …
We gain life through interconnection, through relationship, through reciprocity.
David George Haskell
The Brigid Alliance https://brigidalliance.org/ is a referral-based service that provides travel, food, lodging, child care and other logistical support for people seeking abortions. We prioritize clients beyond 15 weeks of pregnancy for whom it’s generally more expensive and harder to find a provider near home. We are part of an ecosystem of support organizations that is propping up abortion care access in this country in an increasingly hostile environment.

“A tool for looking is a finder. This is a device which does the same thing as the camera lens or viewfinder. It helps take things out of context, allows us to see for the sake of seeing, and enhances our quick-looking and decision-making skills.”
– Corita Kent from Learning by Heart: Teachings to Free the Creative Spirit (with Jan Steward).
